2013 Retreat Focus: This retreat will be focusing on a healthy and rejuvenating yoga practice, talks on yogic lifestyle including; Ayurveda & Self inquiry, meditation, pranayama, kirtan (devotional singing) and yoga philosophy.
Agni Hotra - Experience the purifying effects of the sacred Agni Hotra Fire Ceremony with Rose Baudin. Rose was introduced to and taught the ritual of Agni Hotra by Dr. Robert Svoboda who instructed her in the way of his mentor, the Aghori Vimalananda.

Tallow Beach Houses are ideally located right opposite Tallows Beach bordering the Awakwal National Park. Your accommodation is secluded and private on a 30 acre sanctuary with 630 meters of beachfront, halfway between the Byron Bay lighthouse and Broken Head.
The retreat venue includes your own private beach side tennis court, uncrowded waves, a long stretch of beach for taking walks and a lake. The cottages are somewhat unique as they provide a taste of what first attracted visitors to Byron.
Natural open space and a holiday right on the beach. A 50 meter walk puts you on the uncrowded Tallows Beach that fronts the 4.5 hectares of this wildlife sanctuary.
Heaven! No chlorine pools or night lights. No landscaping or concrete paths. Just bush and beach and a cycle path that runs through a National Park for an easy bicycle ride to the center of town.

The Retreat Schedule includes;
Morning and afternoon meditation, pranayama and vinyasa style yoga asanas suitable for all levels of experience. There is time off in the middle of the day for taking full advantage of the unique features of the Tallow Beach Houses and surrounds.
After the morning yoga session brunch will be served. Students will be able to make their own lunch, or snacks, as the beach houses are fully self contained. Dinner will also be catered for most nights, with a night left free to allow participants to try out one of the many restaurants and eating places which Byron is so famous for.
