The morning Vinyasa Yoga practice is more dynamic to start the day with the afternoon classes more alignment focused, allowing the time to go deeper into specific areas of the body, finishing with relaxation and pranayama.
The Yoga Arts’ Yoga holiday retreats are suitable for general to experienced students. Beginners are welcome, but should have some basic yoga experience.
